Unless an item is Out of Stock, shipping out of Bridal Elements' Warehouse normally occurs within 2-3 business days of order placement.

Returns
We want you to be complete satisfied with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, contact our Customer Service department within 15 days to obtain a return authorization number.
How to Return Items
- Receive a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) within 15 days of shipment.
- Clearly print on an 8½x11 sheet of paper the following:
- The RAN number received from our Customer Service department
- Your Full Name
- The original Ship-to Address
- Your daytime Telephone number.
- Package and ship the product back to us in an appropriate shipping box. Please DO NOT use the product packaging as the shipping box.
- Upon arrival, we will credit the purchase price.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
- Please do not return any product without first having obtained a return authorization number.
