Domestic Air shipment shipping (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) rates are based on packages weighing 7 pounds or less. The amount shown is the maximum shipping charge you will incur for shipping a package of 7 pounds or less, though the actual amount charged may be less. We will process your order and charge you the lesser of the two amounts. If your package weighs more than 7 pounds, Customer Service will contact you with the exact shipping amount for approval.

Rush Orders: Orders are normally processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days. We always try to ship all Air Shipment orders the same day or the next business day, but we cannot guarantee it. In addition, extra services such as Personalization usually require extra lead time.
International Orders: International Shipments are available, additional charges apply. Please contact Customer Service for details. Please note that in addition to shipping charges, the shipment may also be subject to local duties and taxes of the recipient’s country/locality, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. International shipment customers who refuse any International shipment will be charged on their credit card for any return postage/shipping fees incurred by us and a 15% restocking fee. Placement of an international order with us is your authorization for such additional credit card charges.
